Knee exercises for arthritis #4

Elevated standing toe touch – Medium level

Can be done anywhere.

No equipment needed.

  1. Start by standing straight, feet shoulder width apart and bend forward from the waist.
  2. Whilst bending down raise your right foot whilst keeping the heel on the floor.
  3. Reach out with your right hand and touch the raised toes, hold position for a couple of seconds.
  4. Keep both legs straight throughout.
  5. Switch arm and leg, repeat.
