I want to talk today about a subject that I see come up a lot. Exercises for arthritic knees, quite a few people tell me they have struggled to find any.
I have managed to come up with 5 that I think will help you, they vary in levels of intensity as I will make clear.
As with any exercises warm up and cool down, KNOW YOUR LIMITS!!
Do not push further than your body is telling you that you can go, it will only end in more pain!
Don’t over-train, TRAIN EFFICIENTLY!!!
