Meaning that eating them shouldn’t cause as much of a spike in blood sugar levels as other fruits can. It is your choice whether that concerns you but obviously there will be people reading this who have diabetes.
I personally try to stick to limiting my sugar intake especially as diabetes runs in my family.
Organic fruit will obviously be the better choice as they are free from pesticides and more as nature intended. Most supermarkets have organic choices now and I usually pay the extra and opt for them.
Other fruits you can consider are cherries, grapes, raspberries, watermelon.
